• Our company adopts a neutral policy between the merchant and the buyer. It is a relationship between two parties based on trust and mutual respect. The trader must win the trust of the customer so as to ensure the customer's continuity with him because the continuation of the customers is the most important determinant of the success of the trader.
• The trader is fully responsible for the products offered (non-existent in violation of site policy and state laws) Thus, the trader is fully responsible for all of his products that he displays on our platform and for the detailed description thereof. If it is established that the trader manipulates the words or photos of his product, it will appear on our platform in a different way or other than the reality of the product that will be sent to the customer, he will take a warning.
• The merchant store and its account will be cancelled from our platform if you receive three alarms from three different customers.
• The merchant is obligated, according to consumer protection law, to accept the customer's request to return the product if it has a manufacturing defect or does not match the detailed description or accompanying photos of the product. The product must be in the same condition as when it was purchased. Otherwise, the merchant has the right to refuse the return process.
• In the case of partial damage to the product being returned to the merchant (whether in the factory packaging or the product itself), the merchant has the right to deduct a percentage of the damage not exceeding 20% of the product's price from the customer and refund the remaining amount to the customer.
• The merchant has the right, in the case of returned products that have suffered partial damage from previous customers, to list the product on our platform and specify the condition of those products (used). They cannot be sold as new, and their price should be 20% cheaper than new products. If a merchant is proven to have sold a returned product and the customer has borne the damage percentage (20%), the product will be removed from the platform, and the merchant will receive a warning. If the merchant receives three warnings, their entire store will be canceled from our platform, and their account will be settled.
• The merchant is fully responsible in the event of the customer requesting the return of the product and the platform, only intervening in that process if the customer opens a dispute between him and the deserter in that case, the dispute management intervenes to resolve this dispute in a fair and impartial manner.
• Full merchant data shows to customers who make purchases from it and thus direct communication between the customer and the dealer is a possible and acceptable order on our part.
• Our platform receives a monthly subscription from the merchant for the presentation of its products on the platform and there are no other expenses, so we expect the trader to be a competitor for the same products offered on the other platforms.
• The merchant is responsible for the first and final shipment of the product to the customer whether through a shipping broker or himself. The shipping cost is fixed and determined by the merchant himself.
• The merchant is allowed to place the customer's address to receive the shipment himself instead of shipping it to him. • Product images are placed in a white background and no other wallpapers are allowed.
• Funds are transferred to the merchant's account on a weekly basis except for products on which there is a dispute.
